Happy TerrificTuesday!!! My last day in Rochester with my brother in-law in his recovery from kidney transplant surgery and after 9 days of me as his caregiver he survived 🤷🏾‍♂️🙏🏾. The thought for the day is to always Strive For Excellence in EVERYTHING you do. One resource you can NEVER get back is time. Spend your time doing your very best. Got my cardio in this morning and will do bands again later this afternoon. I also got that morning coffee in so all is right with the world. 😂 Have an absolutely amazing day.

Hello fit fam! Fasted cardio in the morning and abs.I replaced bodyweight workouts with German Volume Training and did chest and back . Those last sets are torture! Felt great anyway. Also yesterday I started a diet to help lose the fat I accumulated during bulking.
