Good evening fit fam. Shoulders, traps and abs today for my Monday gym ticket. Supersets and one, 4 station circuit. You know the drill. Did: 4 sets of Arnold Press, 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 4 sets of DB shrugs (20 rep sets on those), 4 sets of face pulls, 4 sets of monkey rows, 100 weighted bench crunches, 100 weighted cable crunches, 200 weighted side crunches, 120 lying leg raises and one 40 second low dragon flag hold. Strongest lifts today were: 150 lbs X 10 on the Hammer Strength behind the neck press and a pair of 40's X 10 on the monkey rows. Surprising energy and ambition today for a Monday! Mid-day cure for the Monday blues. Hey, I'll take it! One down and four to go. Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a great night! Bob
