I've been really slacking the last few months. Being down on myself, no motivation and not eating well at all. I am working on getting back into it, as I'm noticing I am getting some joint pains, sore knee, especially the left one, seems like it wants to give out and clothes starting to feel tight. I have a new puppy, so walk every day, as I can't use the treadmill with him, might end badly. I am also going to start using my gym more regularly. I know they say you only fail when you quit, I am not quitting, but need to get back with it. Has anyone tried anything that could help with joint pain? I know as you get older it gets worse, so time to kick this in the butt and get back on track. Any ideas, recommendations or just encouragement would be great. Thanks for listening to my whining :)
