Had a new row class at RowHouse early today..again definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a challenge or just something to switch up that boring cardio routine. Not going to lie my whole body definitely feels it. I'm very interested to see if I could actually build muscle with adding this into my routine.

Whats good fit fam, Happy Monday! The grind dont stop. Today, I scheduled a break in between meetings to get a good workout. Tocused on chest, shoulders, triceps, and abs. Added some tabata in between sets and finished with 5 min HIIT jump rooe routine. Now back to the work grind. Stay safe, blessed, and motivated. Much love
