Back in the gym today and tomorrow for my final two lifts before my meet. I tweeked my hammy last wednesday and im honestly not sure it is going to hold up. I was able to pull 425 today but i was favoring the other leg big time. Thats 125 pounds less than i was hoping to pull on saturday. I just dont know.
