Done with op 2 of full body circuits. Burned off 253 calories on the treadmill from the weekended of good wine and pizza. Can't wait for abs and core training.

I been using fitness buddy app for working out. I like the bodyspace community and exercises. However the app operates tweriblecat time. Tge one i like about fitbess buddy app is it tallies your calories burned during the exercise.
