Soooo I didn't brave the cold dammmit 🙊🙈🙉 Do I have to be straight about it... Yeahhhhhh Because the problem isn't the cold. It's my lack of self discipline. When it comes to food I am 100% dedicated to watching to scale go down so I am disciplined in that department... But working out... I haven't quite found that consistent motivator. It always starts out with wanting to tone, to look better .. but the results take awhile and I am impatient. I find self improvement motivating but I plateau quickly and become discouraged. SO... What keeps you motivated fitfam??

Morning fitfam. It's Monday! Wish it was still Sunday but hey. So another full body blitz this afternoon doing da 20reps sets...must kick the leg press up... Hoping my day is not as dull as usual but we shall see, clearly the roads environment don't get going to early in da yr! Im trying to sneak back into Rail far more interesting....
