Beefy guy saw me superset heavy dumbbell bench press with leg exercises. He offered to spot me and commented afterwards "I didn't know you lifted weights like this. I mean I've seen you around but I didn't know you lifted like this." He had forgotten that we had been introduced in the past in the gym and I knew his name. Maybe I look different now. It brought me joy. The unassuming weightlifter. I only did one chest exercise with legs as I read an article that recommended throwing in lagging body exercise at the end of your leg workout to promote growth. It could be bull5hit but it doesn't hurt to throw it in.

September VS Now.. gained a lot more muscle doing mostly strength and conditioning workouts. We go to three a week football practices from Feb so hoping to lean out and not look as boxy.

I think I’m enjoying leg day more than ever. Squats felt strong and smooth today🙌 Then did some hack squat, DB stiff legged deadlift and landmine front squats. Enjoy your workout and have a great day!
