Transformation L:1992 (18yo) M:1999 (25yo) R: now (45). Always been thin. About 7 years ago, life event triggered a really desire for change in many areas of my life. Its been slow, consistant, dedication since then to really see progress in many areas if my life. Worth every drop of sweat and tears. Still got many things to continue to focus on and improve, but great to look back on this one aspect (physical) and see progress. Not as easily visible with other areas of improvement.
