Vids on IG... Football bar overhead press...man, I don't know what the issue was today but I felt dizzy on almost every overhead lift. 175 x 1 155 x 1 135 x 2 115 x 3 95 x 5 Seated dumbbell press...just went for some easier work since I just wasn't feeling quite right today. 65's x 18 65's x 12 x 2 Laterals 35's x 10 x 2
