2km warm up walk, 1248 ab crunches, trap and forearm workout. Great pump during my shrugs. Everything popping: veins, shoulders, traps, lats and even my nipples were going rogue and popping out and making an appearance. Oh well I’m pretty sure eveyone at the gym had a pair. It just mine are hairier than most. Have a great day beasts!
