I never realised how much my body has really changed even though its not massive changes until today.i had to buy new work clothes .not for size but needed them .even though i havent changed sizes they fit so differently..... today went shopping just in jeans tshirt and converse shoes( very casual) and i actually felt sexy ...WINNING!!!!

Struggling today. The food isn't tasting as good as it was last week !! I feel like i'l power through this week and mix it all up next week sticking with the same calorie intake. Havent worked this weekend and spent a lot of time with my son, maybe its the Monday blues …..
