So 3 months of non-stop eating, intense training, incredibly clean diet, litres of water and hours of sleep and things are coming together. Few more months bulking and looking fluffy then a cut!!! Thats when the magic starts ✨ You can't rush building a body its takes months and years of consistent training and diet. No stupid fad diet, pill or exercise plan 🤣🤣. I'm lucky been training with weights 30yrs plus to keep fit and in shape so i had a great base now its time to build it up more!! Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
