Good evening fit fam. It was shoulders, traps and abs today for my back to business Monday lunch escape. Standard workout. Supersets and one 4 station circuit. Did: 4 sets of seated DB shoulder press (parallel grip), 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 4 sets of seated face pulls, 4 sets of DB shrugs (20 rep sets on those), 4 sets of monkey rows, 100 weighted bench crunches, 100 weighted cable crunches, 200 weighted side crunches, 120 lying leg raises and one 52 second low dragon flag hold (2nd consecutive PR). Happy numbers for today were: 140 lbs x 10 on the behind the neck press and a pair of 40's X 10 on the monkey rows. Dragon flag hold was done to a song again. Breaking Benjamin's "Diary of Jane". Grip focus kept my shoulder happy. Hope that everyone had a manageable Monday. Hope you're keeping that motivation meter in the red. Always a pleasure to cruise past a Monday. Have a great night! Bob

Pulled a muscle in my lower back again. Crazy part is I don't know how. Didn't workout that day. Since this has become a reoccurring thing the doc sent me to physical therapy. After a few exercises the therapist concludes I have weak gluteus lateralis and the weakness may be to blame. Guess I'll be workin my glutes more when I recover.
