Got a brazilian blow out to mark the next 4 weeks of my workouts. Lol! Hoping to get at least 4 days of lifting, 5 days of cardio, 6 days of 10000 steps and one day for beer and football. Yes. I can make beer fit my macros.👍🏼💯
