230 lbs. Not good, not healthy, not very impressed with myself right now. I've managed to pack back on everything and more that I worked so hard to shed over the past four years. The picture is not flattering as I was saying good-bye to an old friend. Still, no excuse. No more. The line in the sand has been drawn HERE. Time to fight to reclaim what is MINE. The battle begins NOW.
