Life Expectant, why do you post some things what seems to have no connection to fitness? My answer is simple, fitness is much more than about the lastest PR or ‘awesome’ workout. Fitness, the whole and abundant life, is mind and body and soul. Lifting and bodybuilding is one small aspect of health.
