A Bis & Tris workout at the gym. Haven't done one of these days there in a while.
I made it through the workout! We're talking: 21s X 3 X 4 (lower, upper and full reps ... 21 reps in each position, BTW), 60 X 4 cupped dumbbell curls, 25 X 9 skull crushers and 15 X 4 triceps pushdowns.
Got a good pump! ðª (I think that the lighting helped, too!)
â¡ï¸ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. ðð
