A Bis & Tris workout at the gym. Haven't done one of these days there in a while. I made it through the workout! We're talking: 21s X 3 X 4 (lower, upper and full reps ... 21 reps in each position, BTW), 60 X 4 cupped dumbbell curls, 25 X 9 skull crushers and 15 X 4 triceps pushdowns. Got a good pump! 💪 (I think that the lighting helped, too!) ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. 👂🙏 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
