Hello fitfam havent posted in a while im sorry about that! Had a wonderful thanks giving and a suprise birthday party. Now we are all sick with a cold lol. I Planned to do legs today but have been stuggling to get this 200 lb matress onto my bed since 1:00 lol. Finally got it done! I might do a little leg work here in a few but moving that closed all my rings lol. Anyways hope everyone is having a great monday!

It's hard to believe that 10yrs ago I started my fitness journey(I'm in the purple pants). I'm not where I want to be but I'm glad I'm not where I was. Today was shoulders/triceps/abs/cardio. Have a great day everyone 😊
