I didnt get to workout, but i didn't miss the chance to flex! 😂 We alllll know what a difference lighting makes. In one i was like 😭😭 no gains- then a bathroom change/lighting change- lookit there 😀😀 i got gains. Have the best weekend fam! Don't ***** it up! 🍕🍔🍟🍻

Happy FlexFriday😃💪🏽. The IG thought for the day is about your thoughts. We all have random thoughts that come into our minds. The thing we have to do is develop a way to hold on to those positive thoughts that are edifying and build us up and let go of those negative thoughts that tear us down. Control what you let into your spirit. The workout today was 35 minutes cardio and a body weight full body workout. More importantly it was massage day👏🏽
