So after what felt like weeks of no progress and frustration, I did some soul searching and went through MyFitnessPal to check my macros and calories and realized my sodium content was 4-5 times the daily recommended amount. Clearly a heart attack waiting to happen. After four days of getting sodium in check, I’’ve lost almost five pounds of water weight. Hopefully this gets me back on track. Lesson of the day- sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference. Enjoy your never ensing journey FitFam. #nogatoradezero
