A massive thunder storm, tornado warning and amother bad night sleep made me decide to not hit the gym this morning, this is my last day in the office this week so i got in early as well, i plan on hitting a double in the gym tomorrow to make up for it so its all good, weight is back to my joint lowest this morning despite no gym since saturday. Consistentcy with the food intake is certainly the key
