T25 Abs and Speed workouts this morning. Wanted to run but at 0530 it was already 74 degrees so decided to just workout out in the hot shop area. Hope everyone is finishing the week out strong its almost over. Keep kicking butt FIT FAM you got this.

Dont mind the mean mug just tired lol. Been out of the routine for sometime and am finally sick of it and want to get back to where I used to be. I have consitintly been waking up at 430 am everyday this week to get up and do an hour of yoga and core work out. Baby steps!
