I haven't disappeared. Always busy when I'm home in CO. Lots of chasing the grandkids, shopping, housework, & yard work. Been to Lowe's & Home Depot 3 times in 2 days. 😂 And my grandsons have found better use for my stability balls.

PUMPED UP! Sorry -- so long out of touch again -- busy with work and music practice but still working out consistently. Heavy periodization phase now -- 1st of 2 weeks done yesterday -- chest, shoulders, tri's, quads, calves. Now have 4 digital audio tracks on YouTube channel, playing ye olde fiddles in the garage. Android onboard microphone gives sub-par audio quality, so will have to re-do these tracks in .wav format with external USB mic. Music practice is a VERY athletic activity -- can easily burn up 150 calories in a session.

Nothing like a before and after breakfast pic!...Looks way better in the before, but tasted great in the after🤤. Leftover smoked turkey, smoked pork, brisket, egg whites, red peppers, a lil' low fat cheddar cheese 👌🏻
