Not where I wanted to be at this time….but I fell off the wagon early in the year. I have a bit more fluff to get rid of, but, I think there are some abs under there somewhere. I have changed my diet and have started lifting heavier then before. I’ve got this because I’m doing this for me and me only!

Coming home tonight struck by my good fortune despite a lot.. I live in a beautiful little town. Normally just a quaint little southern town on the banks of the Tennessee, but bustling now with visitors to Hydrofest (speed boat race). Driving up my road on the side of the mountain, secluded and private. Everyone asks if I am afraid here by myself, but honestly the only place I am not. So here’s a little rockabilly throwback … apropos. Happy Thursday!

Did some experimenting with different exercises during my workout tonight. For shoulders, I think Im gonna switch out the rear lateral db raise with the head-on-bench db raises i used to do years ago. I feel waaaay more isolation in the rear delts, with the added benefit of an upper back stimulation as well. Upper back is a weak area for me so this will be a win!!! #gettinStronger

Ignore the dirty mirrors lol i like the far and close up view! 2 mirrors is key 💪🏼i am 20 freaking lbs away from my goal weight. When i started i was at 135 omg thank yall fit fam gains! 🏋️‍♂️
