Another day another 3 miles.....honestly if I didn't take my pup with me I could so much further. After the 2 mile mark she feels like she needs a treat every 10 steps to make it home....lawd jesus. And for those of you that have been following my adventures of my daughter with me, she graduated MCT in Pendleton today and heads to school in Mississippi tomorrow...oorah!

Most of my workouts incorporate more yoga than weights as of late, but still trying to squeeze in some strengthening when my body allows it. Truly thankful just to get a workout in!
