Another strong at-home workout with bands. Body has finally adjusted to the workout so the intensity is there. Still dont think it’s as good as the gym but what can you do.

Good morning FitFam:) Legs on the patio this morning with the kettlebell and bands. Side lunge with KB 4x10/body squat with KB 4x20. Bulgarian split squat with KB 4x20. Bodyweight leg extensions 4x10. Overhead squat with bands 4x15. Hamstring curl 4x15. Good Mornings with bands 4x15. Explosive step up 4x15. Calf raise with KB 4x20. Got a decent sweat going so I’m hoping I feel this one later! Happy Tuesday y’all:)
