Another great chest, shoulders, and triceps workout in the books. I had my clean cheat meal of a chicken sandwich and fries last night, and I think it went to a great pump! I powered through my coach’s routine, which is posted on my Instagram feed. My elbow was a little sore by the time I got to triceps, but I powered through them with a lower weight and higher reps. Tomorrow’s back and bi’s. Have a great Monday!

Got up at 2:45am, flew to Tampa, had 3 meetings and one more to go. Preworkout I took is going to be worth it in about 30 minutes when I hit the gym. Cant complain about the view though.
