Workouts over the past two weeks have been a mix of various yoga routines, HIIT bodyweight and racquetball. Yet I have not posted the workouts. Coming off a week of business travel. Currently mixed results with weight going up, waist the same and body fat dropping. The struggle is real. Thank you Fit Fam for being out there!!

I just wrote and deleted a novel that I was going to post. Here is a condensed version 🤔. I posted and removed something this morning because someone made me feel badly about being emotional. Well, NEWS F*CKING FLASH... I am . Fitness is not just about physicality. It is about our mental health also. Someday, I hope I can tell my story. About things that play havoc with my mind. About why I am 52 years old and afraid of the F*cking dark. Why I don’t sleep until I am absolutely exhausted. Why I have a hard time being still. Working out has helped me build strength in more ways than I can tell you. The more I thought about that dismissive comment this morning the angrier I got.
