Hi There! 😁 The workout of the day was 40 minutes of strength and cardio tabata. Also did my ab workout and hula hooping, walking and later a bike ride with my kiddo. Today was a stressful morning getting my kiddos up and running with virtual learning, but I see it actually becoming much better for them. They have more of a routine and a nice schedule fo follow.
