What a wotkout!!! Whats good fit fam. I’m doing the Maximum Muscle plan. First day pretty good. Chest , abs, and some triceps and cardio. Ill post stats later. Much Love!

lets grind this week work hard sticking to diet and making sure you jus dont go to the gym but feel every rep make every rep count. stretch and squeeze. nothing but good vibes cant accomplish **** wit the negative. joey_b44
