Good evening fit fam. Shoulders, traps and abs today on the Tuesday lunch crunch x-press. Supersets and one 3 station circuit. Did 5 sets of seated DB shoulder press, 5 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 5 sets of DB shrugs (20 rep sets on those), 5 sets of machine lateral raises, 5 sets of monkey rows, 100 weighted bench crunches, 100 weighted cable crunches, 200 weighted side crunches, 150 lying leg raises and one 55 second low dragon flag hold. Took the Hammer Strength behind the neck press up to 160 lbs x 10 (10 away from my best). A pair of 45's X 10 on the monkey rows was my biggest test. Hope that everyone had a nice Tuesday.
