Last run before I start a running program to add on to the Strength & Conditioning program I made. Didn’t really know I could move this long and feel amazingly awesome at the end like I have another 5 miles in me. Maybe it was the dead walking amongst us today that gave me that extra push to complete this with the upmost confidence... Thank You Ancestors, I aim to make you all PROUD!!! Pushing Forward, Embracing Greatness!!!
