Done with abs and cardio training this evening. Couldn't do it yesterday. Tried out the new Monster Zero Sugar Ultra Gold flavor hours ago around 4 before hitting the gym as a pre workout plus having a high protein bar too. Can't wait to train both shoulders and legs on Monday.

Took 1st in 1st time novice wellness ( only out of 2 people so its kind of bitter sweet), but didn't do well in bikini at all (3rd pic I placed 6 out of 6 in my class ðª. ). I dont know if I messed up posing at some point, or if the division is not for me.A girl that eas way under confitionef took 4th in my class ð¤·ð» At least i know my appropriate division now. Cant wait to get feedback.
