Hour of treadmill, 2 hour workout and then a 30 minute Peloton ride with Jess King and she kicked my ***!!! Its also 197 degrees here...at least thats what it feels like, Im MELTING! I am a true Washingtonian, born and raised. My pale self can't take this mutha suckin heat! Alright yall, I am off to bed so I can do it all again tomorrow...G'night!
