Gm guys, 4 am shoulders & arms: stretching, 60 crunches, 4x12's bb shoulder press combo 3kg + seated lat raise 3,5kg/arm + db lying rear lat raise (5 count meth) 2,5kg/arm, 4x10's front db raise (run rack on last set) 3,5kg/arm + reverse flyes (1/4 rep meth) 2,5kg/arm, 4x28 meth bb curl 3kg + 4x10 triceps pushdown 13,6kg, 4x12's preacher curl 7kg + lying triceps press 7kg + reverse bb preacher curls 3kg, 4x15's conc curls 3,5kg/arm + triceps pushdown (2 sec pause bottom each rep) 13,6kg, 3x15's seated palms down/up bb wrist curl 3kg, stretching = 4860 kg. I had to keep Benny company while my sister was out. Of course, I brought work with me. An hour into it, he says, "Let's split a Modelo!" I obliged. 😜 While his mind is still lucid, and physically, he's getting stronger (a little less dependent, but still dependent), his body is failing him😔. I've just got to enjoy as much time with him as possible🙏. ➡️No formal workout ... I wanted to gear up my legs for a legs day tomorrow .. so I did a set of 100 squats with the hex bar! ➡️ Also ... It was a warm night ... 95f/38c ... So I took a dive!🌊 ➡️I did two sets of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. (I missed Monday). People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Now GET YOUR COVID SHOT💉(I did!) ... GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ Still WEAR YOUR MASK! (Even after getting the shot) 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!

Hi everyone, hope youre all well. Im still alive lol, doing a lot of cycling lately 🚴‍♂️, and some deadlifts once or twice per week. I found the deadlifting doesnt aggrevate my shoulders. They’re a great all over workout as well. 👊🏻
