Our gyms are finally opened in Fresno County ... With tons of restrictions ... All of which I agree. But I'll wait to go in over the weekend ... Maybe. Meanwhile ...Chest and back day with bands! Tried an early morning workout ... I started the warm up with 100 jump ropes ... I usually do 200 ... But I could smell the smoke from area fires (yes ... They're still burning) My body just wasn't having it! It was a "no-go" at the moment.. Instead, inside, I did my 3X10 series of push-ups, squats, crunches, leg lifts and hip thrusters. I resumed the workout tonight, Had a good one .... Hoping that the band work will deepen the chest and widen the back. I tried my first Dragon Flag ... Held it up for about 11 seconds ... I'm happy with that! I'll just have to work on it some more! I failed with the diet app ... But I'll give it another go. I've got a lot of work happening there! I did my set of 22s ... All for our Vets and those who suffer from depression ... BEFORE my workout in the morning. Now GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ GET A MASK! 😷 😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!

Well today's workout didn't go as planned. I ended up havung to do a light high rep low back workout in thw living room instead of heavy weight. Going back to school in my 30s has not been the most conveniet decision I have made. Homework late at night is in no way what my brain or body want to be doing. My bed is calling me. At least I got something in.
