Happy Flex Friday! Of course my workout decided not to post. Guess the servers are starting their weekend a bit early. 🤣 Had a solid leg day. 155lb x 15 for 3 sets on deadlifts, then 95lb x 15 for 3 sets on front squats. Those were a nice challenge. Tossed in some core and more legs to make sure I worked them hard! Was not feeling cardio so I used the excuse that I'm donating blood later to take it a bit easier. Still got my 3mi in.
