3 rounds of 21’s squat variation. Then five rounds of different squats from inside shoulder width to cannonball tk front squats. Needless to say my legs are quivering.

Todays back workout. Took part of it outside today to enjoy the sunshine. Sorry if i havent responded to anyone or liked workouts no internet at the house yet and phone internet is spotty up here in the mountains so im doing good just to get workouts uploaded.

3 ways I improved my naturally pathetic legs with only a home gym: 1) lowered the weight with squats and used my legs more, rather than leaning forward and using the low back. 2) increased volume and leg day workouts (three times a week rather than one or two). 3) incorporated many unilateral exercises, the most effective being stationary lunges.
