Good evening fit fam. Back and bi's today for my "back to business after a 4 day gym break" lunch escape. Pull-down edition. Did 5 sets of WG pull-downs, 5 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 5 sets of straight arm/straight bar pull-downs, 5 sets of single arm pull-downs (each arm, underhand grip, kneeling on a mat), 5 sets of machine preacher curls and 5 sets of concentration curls (arm supported by an upright bench). Medium weights today. 100 to 140 lb range X 10 on the pull-downs (75 lbs x 10 on the single arm). Didn't wan't to take any chances. I thought I'd lost my compression sleeve - so i went without it. Just found it in the laundry. Felt no pain at all in the forearm whatsoever! :-) Hope that everyone had a great Tuesday. Hope you're making those gains and having a little fun along the way.
