Lord Im sooo sore! 😂😂. Took off yesterday to do things around the house. Will be just doing a walk/jog today then some band work. Will be back at the gym tomorrow. Havent went to my normal gym yet they only been open since yesterday so I might go check them out to see what their new ruels are...havent paid them either 😂😂....so...might hold off...🤔
