Hi guys, did 4 am chest and back, 4x15's supersets, and abs - 10 350 kg. Still helping my mom this week working through her program and resting my knee, will continue with my new program next week. Please note: I cannot comment, reply or like any of your posts or comments. It's a wonder I could post this now - have informed help center, will see what happens. But those that did wish me a good weekend - thanks guys/girl, appreciate it. Hope you all have an awesome week! :D

Found out that my gym is "open" because there are police officers who train there. Stiln, they check to make sure each member there has a medical prescription to train.
