No pics but gaining progress, still working and slowly seeing better gains then at normal gym. Noticing changes in shirts mainly in back will take progress be safe fit fam.

Get Stacked 57 Thursday Got my Lunges and Squats done for today. The rest will have to be done after work. Adding bands to my squats is seriously challenging but i can feel myself making progress. On another note, these programs seem to be missing calf exercises, but incidentally I don't think I'm losing any definition so far. I might add some though.
