What's good, fitness peeps! Another hour and I'll be just two days away from shift normality. These overnight schedules are rough. My sleeping pattern was so erratic but not my workouts, thankfully. No excuses for missing workouts at home. I stayed consistent with those. But Your Boy misses the feel of heavy weights. Have a great Hump Day on purpose, bodybuilders!
