Woke up this morning and I honestly didn't feel like going to the gym just yet but I took a double scoop of pre and killed it. Once I started and got the momentum going I just couldnt leave. I didnt do exactly what yhe workout called for but did some substitute exercises I don't have all the equipment it requires me to have.
