Couldn't do day 4 yesterday due to a small but not serious injury. Decided to try out our newly purchased Merax running treadmill at home. 40 min completion. Hopefully I'll be ready on Thursday for day 4.

Completed a 30 minute Peleton ride and followed it up with an indoor machine leg day at the gym. I am trying to hit teo leg days a week at the gym. I definitely have the booty size but I want to shrink it a touch. Not too much. I want to have it more firm and toned too. I would like a better flow between butt and hamstrings. Definitely a constant work in progress.
