Mad sesh today nearly ran out of time got carried away on leg press and rack pulls lol... hit the 360kg/793lb on press and 80kg/176lb rack pull, need to crack on with getting the 100kg/220lb on 90kg/198lb currently.... everything else usual numbers just kills doing full body lol. Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾

No gym the past for 4 says. Although ruding a motorcycle in the heat and poor air quality sure tires you out . Head home to do laundry and then part 2 of vacation.
