Vids on Instagram... Box squats...520 lbs x 3, 430 lbs x 5 (150 lbs red bands tripled + 90 lbs chain), 280 lbs x 5 (90 lbs chain), 190 lbs x 5 (straight weight). Finished box squats with a couple light backoff sets...370 lbs x 5, 280 lbs x 10 (90 lbs chain). Starting a little cardio work since I'm getting so **** heavy...yoke carry 280 lbs x 20 meters, 190 lbs x 20 meters (I did 2 sets with each weight). I'm not the type to do running or bike riding...just not my thing. The point of cardio work is to get the heart rate up and heavy weight on your back while you walk gets it done better than sprints, so, give it a try...load up your bodyweight on a bar and go for a walk.

Found out from the physiotherapist that the C7 nerve in my spine is possibly being crushed in two places. This explains why the muscle relaxer hasn't worked. Today they did acupuncture and taped me up. I just need to await my prescription for a nerve blocker to give me some relief from this agonizing pain.
