Good morning friends! Well it seems there is a rash of people, in my little friend space here, that are dealing with some sort of physical issues. I have my foot, some of you have shoulder, neck, back...the list goes on. What I find amazing is our ability to adapt and overcome. My friends and family will be busting my chops today because I am going to the gym. Instead of doing a leg day, I will do an upper body session...no legs involved. I can do most stuff seated (which increases intensity). The body is designed to move even during duress. Mind blowing! Have an awesome day. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. 😃🙋💕
