After the business trip, which was successful and exhausting at the same time, mentally, a reboot was needed. Farmer's walk or loaded carry did that for me. As I have stated many times, this is the ultimate body training move. Then, a superset of slow, four minute reps, fat rope pushdowns, 3 minutes down and one minute up. I did six of them, three, two then one. Superset each rep with fat dumbbell bar concentration curls. I had to get a weld shop make these for me. If these bars were in a gym, they would disappear. But not in my garage gym. The pit bull and the dingo would see to that. LOL. Reboot was complete. Here is a lame quip, 'slo is mo.' Don't scoff at low and slow. Your ego just must get used to it. LOL (mine is having a hard time accepting that LOL)
